CONTEST RULES

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “99.9 and 99.3 The Wolf’s General

Contest Rules”. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

Contest Name: ’99.9 and 99.3 The Wolf’s Hi-Low Free Money Jackpot’ (the ‘contest’)

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

A. DATE OF CONTEST: 03/27/23 – 05/26/23

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF

WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

C. HOW TO ENTER

Listeners are asked to listen and phone in upon cue to participate at or near these times Monday through Friday: 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm, and  5:00pm

D. HOW TO PLAY

At each of the contest times, the announcer on the air will solicit the nineteenth caller to the 99.9 The Wolf contest lines. The nineteenth caller will guess the total money amount in the current jackpot. If the nineteenth caller guesses the exact dollar amount, that winning amount will be awarded to the caller providing that the caller meets all eligibility requirements. (If they have already won in the last three weeks, they are ineligible to win.) If the guess is either high or low, it will be announced. Contest amounts will be recorded before the beginning of the new jackpot total and will be on file with the General Manager.

E. ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by 99.9 The Wolf, and it has no connection to any other

organization. The Contest is open to all Wolf listeners in the Portland Direct Marketing Association (DMA) 18 or older. There is no restriction as to how many times a listener can guess the total amount, providing the listener is the correct caller to participate. Listeners can only win the contest once every three weeks. If the listener has already won a jackpot in the previous three weeks, they are ineligible to win. 

F: PRIZES

Money awarded by Binnie Media Portland check in the specific pre-determined amounts. Other/additional prizes may be awarded. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. Winner’s must provide Name, phone number mailing address and Date of Birth at the time of winning. Station will mail winner a check at the address furnished for the gross amount won within 30 business days. Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.
